A American-Palestinian youth who spent nine months in Israeli detention absent formal charges gained freedom.

The teenager Mohammed Ibrahim had just turned 15 at the time of his arrest last February throughout the West Bank territory, while he was vacationing while residing in Florida accused of stone-throwing against settlement residents, claims he consistently denied.

American diplomatic officials said it welcomed the teenager's freedom.

Currently aged sixteen, needed medical care upon gaining freedom, according to close relatives.

Family described him as visibly pale and thin, and is suffering from conditions contracted in captivity.

In a statement, family spokesperson spoke of the family's "immense relief".

Family member Zeyad Kadur described how relatives endured "living a horrific and endless nightmare" during the entire detention period.

"Right now, we're concentrating on ensuring Mohammed receives prompt healthcare necessary for his recovery after experiencing harsh conditions and inhumane conditions throughout his detention."

American authorities announced ongoing to provide consular support for the Ibrahim family.

{"The Trump Administration gives utmost importance to the protection and welfare of American nationals"," the department emphasized.

Several congressional representatives endorsed a document to US authorities and the administration, requesting additional efforts for his freedom.

The father, a father-of-four operating an ice cream shop in Florida, previously said his son only confessed regarding stone throwing due to physical abuse.

He had not seen or communicated with his son following the detention, receiving updates exclusively what had happened to him in detention through court documents.

The teenager remained absent formal charges at Ofer detention facility in the West Bank.

The facility also contains mature inmates, some of whom have been convicted for major terrorist activities including killings.

There are around 350 Palestinian child security detainees detained within Israeli facilities, based on prison authority data.

Many have never been charged along with monitoring agencies, including UN bodies, say some have suffered abuse and torture.

Subsequent to his liberation, Mr Kadur said they would maintain their efforts seeking justice for their relative family member Sayfollah.

The 20-year-old dual US citizen according to health authorities succumbed to assault by radical settlers amid clashes last July.

Initially, the Israeli military said officials were investigating accounts of a Palestinian had been killed.

The two cousins were employed together within the family's frozen treats establishment in Tampa, Florida.

No indictments occurred with Sayfollah's killing.

"We demand US authorities to protect our families," family representatives emphasized.
